In this tax sale matter, petitioners Don Mason and Brenda Mason (“Masons”) challenge the July 23, 2013, order of the Circuit Court of Kanawha County invalidating their deed to a parcel of real estate in Elk District, Kanawha County. Also invalidated were the deeds of the Masons’ predecessors in title, *675respondent Sunrise Atlantic, LLC (“Sunrise”) and respondent Harpagon MO, LLC (“Harpagon”).
