Joseph Rogers, Jr., sued his former employee, Mye Brindle in the Superior Court of Cobb County, seeking injunctive relief regarding video and other photographic depictions Brindle allegedly obtained of him without his consent, and asserting claims for invasion of privacy, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and unjust enrichment. In a separate suit, Brindle sued Rogers in the State Court of Fulton County, asserting claims of battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and Georgia Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act violations.
