ORDER
HOWARD, Senior District Judge.
This matter is before the court on defendant’s motion for judgment on the pleadings as to Counts I, III, and IV of plaintiffs’ complaint, pursuant to Rule 12(c) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and on defendant’s motion to dismiss Counts II and IV of plaintiffs’ complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted, pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6). Plaintiffs have responded in opposition to both motions, and defendant has replied. Plain tiffs have also filed a motion to amend their complaint to correct two “typographical errors.”…
