—Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (George Covington, J.), rendered February 26, 1997, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of robbery in the second degree and assault in the second degree, and sentencing him to concurrent terms of 7V2 to 15 years and 3V2 to 7 years, respectively, and order, same court (John Byrne, J.), entered on or about October 4, 2000, which denied defendant’s motion pursuant to CPL 440.10 to vacate the judgment, unanimously affirmed.
