Plaintiffs-Appellants Jane Doe, June Doe, Janet Doe and Jill Doe (collectively “the Does” or “the Doe children”), by their next friends, Susan Doe, Mary Doe and Lisa Doe (collectively “the Doe Parents”)1 appeal the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Defendant-Appellee Beaumont Independent School District (“BISD”).
