Katherine M. Brown was awarded a final decree of divorce from Fletcher M. Brown on October 19, 1953, and thereafter, on February 16,1954, the trial court entered its final decree awarding property and support money. Defendant’s objections thereto give rise to the litigation in this Court.

The record discloses that on September 25, 1952, plaintiff began her action for separate maintenance, and on April 14, 1953, by amendment, sought a divorce. On April 16, 1953, an interlocutory decree in plaintiff’s favor was entered, and therein it was provided that defendant pay the sum of $750.00 per month…
