MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER

INTRODUCTION

Plaintiffs have filed this case to challenge Utah Code Ann. § 76-7-101 (the “Anti-Bigamy Statute” or the “Statute”) as unconstitutional and enjoining its enforcement. Before the court is Defendants’ motion to dismiss Plaintiffs’ complaint for lack of standing. Defendants’ motion is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part.
