Sammie Anderson, Jr. and wife brought this action in the nature of a bill of review against the State of Texas and Tommy Collum seeking to set aside a judgment in favor of the State for delinquent taxes on certain real property located in Dallas County and owned by the Andersons. The petition also sought to set aside and hold for naught the purchase of the property by Tommy Collum at a tax sale.
