delivered the unanimous Opinion of the Court:

On March 18, 1924, appellant, Pilot Rife Insurance Company, issued a policy of insurance for $1,000.00 on the life of John Gary Moore and designated respondent, Mary Rivers Moore, as the beneficiary. The insured died on February 4, 1932. This action was brought by the beneficiary to recover the face amount of the policy less a loan against it and resulted in a verdict in her favor by the jury. From the judgment entered thereon, appellant has appealed, assigning errors in the refusal of the trial Judge to grant its motions…
