Judgment dated November 8, 1968 in favor of plaintiff, Evelyn Stark, in the sum of $500,783.50 reversed on the law and on the facts, and a new trial granted, without costs or disbursements, unless within 20 days of the entry of the order herein plaintiff Evelyn Stark stipulates to reduce the verdict in her favor to $400,000 in lieu of the award by verdict, in which event, the judgment, as so reduced and amended, as far as Evelyn Stark is concerned, is affirmed, without costs.
