MURPHY, Circuit Judge.
I. Introduction
In 2012, this court held that the district court abused its discretion when it awarded Appellant Michael Zinna only $8000 in attorney’s fees. Zinna v. Congrove, 680 F.3d 1236, 1242 (10th Cir.2012). We remanded the matter to the district court to calculate a reasonable fee. Id. In a separate order, we ruled Zinna was entitled to a reasonable attorney’s fee for the appellate proceedings and remanded the matter to the district court to calculate that fee also.
