ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR ENTRY OF JUDGMENT AND DENYING DEFENDANTS’ MOTION FOR PARTIAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT

PECHMAN, District Judge.

The Court having concluded as a matter of law that Defendants are liable for short-swing trades, Plaintiff moves for entry of judgment against Defendants Naveen and Anuradha Jain (“the Jains” or “Jain Defendants”).
