MONTGOMERY, Chief Justice.

Russell Tackett was indicted for child desertion. KRS 435.24Ó. He received a sentence of two years’ confinement in the state reformatory. He urges that the evidence is insufficient to sustain the conviction. Inasmuch as the record reveals a reversible error, of which the Court must take cognizance, the ground urged for reversal will not be considered.
