BOGGS, Circuit Judge.
On March 29, 2000, a grand jury returned a superseding indictment charging Virginia Cockett with twenty-two counts of aiding and assisting in the preparation of a false federal income tax return, in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7206(2), and four counts of failing to file a federal tax return, in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7203.
