Nicholas Holbruck appeals his conviction for stealing by deceit, section 570.030.1 RSMo Cum.Supp.2010. On appeal, Hol-bruck contends that there was insufficient evidence to support a finding that he was guilty of stealing by deceit. The trial court’s judgment is affirmed.
