This cause comes to this court on writ of error to review a decree entered on April 22, 1919, by the circuit court of DeKalb county in four certain cases therein consolidated. Two of these cases were filed by plaintiff in error D. DeWitt Plank and are bills in the nature of bills of review, seeking to set aside two certain decrees entered on the 28th day of April, 1914, one in a case brought by defendant in error Frank Plank against his father, William W.
