—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rock-land County (Meehan, J.), dated July 31, 2000, which, inter alia, granted the motion of the defendants Village of Spring Valley and Village of Spring Valley Section 8 Department pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) (7) to dismiss the complaint insofar as asserted against them.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
