On May 10, 2012, the Court granted in part plaintiffs’ motion for sanctions in the *657above-captioned matter. The Court found that defendant had spoliated evidence, including sales performance data, MOPARS, and computer hard drives from the Renton store at which plaintiffs Lam and Rios had worked.
