Appellant Betty J. Trail appeals from a judgment of the circuit court of Franklin County, Missouri, affirming the order of respondent Industrial Commission of Missouri (Commission) denying a review of a decision by the Appeals Tribunal of the Division of Employment Security under Missouri Employment Security Law.
