MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

LAGUEUX, Chief Judge.

Plaintiffs, individuals who had a financial interest in, or were tenants of, certain rental properties in Providence, filed the present lawsuit, alleging, inter alia, that defendants’ actions in regard to those rental properties contravened the Civil Rights Act and- the Fair Housing Act and reflected a conspiracy to deny equal housing opportunities to low-income, minority individuals. Plaintiffs’ suit was subsequently dismissed by this Court pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for failure to state a cause of action.…
