MEMORANDUM OPINION

BLACKWELL N. SHELLEY, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter came before the Court upon the filing by Borg-Warner Acceptance Corporation (Borg-Warner) of a complaint to determine the dischargeability of a debt owed to Borg-Warner by the debtor, Lawrence Augustus Lipscomb, III. This Court held a trial on the plaintiff’s complaint on January 19, 1984. During the trial the defendant moved to strike the plaintiff’s evidence, that motion as well as the plaintiff’s complaint was taken under advisement.
