This matter came before the court upon a petition for adjudication by the substituted trustees, Gilbert S. McClintock, Esq., Paul Bedford, Esq., and Samuel W. Rhoads (who has since died), of a trust established under item twentieth of the will of Martha Bennet, who died June 26, 1903. This court, by the Hon. Arthur A. Maguire, then presiding, appointed Charles A. Shea, Esq., master to examine the many accounts and voluminous papers filed in this estate “and to report his findings of fact, conclusions of law and recommendations to this court,” and appointed William A.
