— Appeal by the People from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated January 24, 1975, which granted defendants’ motion to suppress certain physical evidence and (2) a further order of 'the same court, dated March 26, 1975, which granted defendants’ motion to dismiss the indictment. Orders reversed, on the law and the facts, motions denied, and indictment reinstated.
