MEMORANDUM OPINION
WILLIAM E. ANDERSON, Bankruptcy Judge.
On January 25, 1985 the debtor, by its president M. Julia Kelley McKay (“Mrs. McKay”), filed its verified “Complaint for a Temporary Restraining Order and for Preliminary and Permanent Injunctive Relief” against the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) initiating this adversary proceeding.
