MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ASPEN, District Judge:

Publications International, Ltd. (“PIL”) filed this action seeking a declaratory judgment that its admittedly unlicensed book, “Welcome to Twin Peaks — A Complete Guide to Who’s Who & What’s What,” does not infringe any trademark or copyright registered or owned by Twin Peaks Productions, Inc. (“TP Productions”). 1 28 U.S.C. §§ 1332, 1338, 2201, 2202 (1988). TP Productions has moved to dismiss the complaint under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(2) (“lack of jurisdiction over the person”) and 12(b)(3) (“improper venue”). For the reasons…
