Appellees, A. W. Conway, Jr., et ux., filed suit in the District Court of Orange County pursuant to the Uniform Declaratory Judgments Act of Texas, Title 46A, Article 2524-1, Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, Vernon’s Ann.Civ.St., complaining of Leona Thatcher, guardian of the person and estate of Gary Leo Thatcher, a minor. The suit was brought to construe the will of Clyde S.
