These are cross-appeals from a decree of the court of chancery dismissing the bill of complaint and allowing counsel fees. The bill was filed by the substitutionary administrator with the will annexed of Emma J. Dunkerley and charged that assets aggregating approximately $10,000, which had comprised part of the estate of Emma J. Dunkerley, and in which William George Dunkerley possessed only a life interest by the terms of his wife’s will, had been distributed to Emma L. Bainbridge as if William George Dunkerley had been the absolute owner of…
