MEMORANDUM OPINION CONCERNING TRIAL

The Court conducted a trial in the instant Adversary Proceeding on February 8, 2010. Plaintiff Karen Owen (“Plaintiff’) was represented by Frederick S. Coombs, III, Esquire. Debtor/Defendant Thomas Arthur Angst (“Debtor”) was represented by Nancy E. Yakubek, Esquire. The Court received the testimony of Plaintiff, Jeffrey Fife, Rocco Bowell, and Debtor.
