This is a proceeding by a foster child, now approximately thirty years of age, to secure the abrogation of his adoption, which was consummated pursuant to an order of the County Court of the county of Kings, on December 1, 1916.

Various issues on the merits are raised by the petition and the voluminous answering affidavits respecting the character and conduct of the respondent, which issues would be necessary of trial before any determination as to the propriety of grant of the desired relief could be made.
