Appeals (1) from an order of the Supreme Court (Connor, J.), entered August 31, 2004 in Columbia County, which granted defendant’s application to hold plaintiff in contempt, and (2) from an order of said court, entered September 29, 2004 in Columbia County, granting, inter alia, defendant a divorce, upon a decision of the court.
