{¶ 1} Respondent, John C. Kealy of Cleveland, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0031331, has been admitted to the practice of law in Ohio since 1970. The Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline recommends that we suspend respondent’s license to practice law for 18 months, with six months stayed, based on its findings that he failed to carry out a contract of employment with Ben Davis and neglected several matters during the representation.
