I respectfully dissent. Before proceeding to discuss the reasons why, I wish to call attention to certain factual matters not reflected in the majority opinion. According to the undisputed evidence, Mr. David T. Ouzts, in his capacity as executor, spent a great deal o,f time in the study and the giving of directions to the several brokers for the liquidation of the stock in the several margin accounts, and, in this re*161spect, acted in a most judicious manner to the best interest of the estate.
