MEMORANDUM DECISION

GAGLIARDI, District Judge.

Plaintiff seeks judicial review, pursuant to Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), of a final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare (“Secretary”) denying her application for Disability Insurance and Supplemental *976Security Income benefits. Both parties have moved for judgment on the pleadings, pursuant to Rule 12(c), Fed.R.Civ.P. For the reasons set forth below, the court grants defendant’s motion.
