Plaintiff Derrick Drummond brings the present action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, claiming that his rights under the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments of the Constitution were violated, and specifically alleging claims of false arrest, malicious prosecution, and excessive force against Defendants David Castro, John Bourges (appearing sometimes as “Bur-gos”), and the City of New York.
