COULSON, Justice.

Appellants, Ann Flukinger, Lorraine Krutilek, Victor Krutilek, and Birdie Hilsher, appeal from the granting of a motion for summary judgment rendered in favor of appellees, Robert E. Lehman, North Side Bank, Dunbar N. Chambers, Jr., and John E. Green. Appellants had sued appellees and defendants, Walter A. Riddle, William J. Straughan (individually and doing business as SRS Enterprises, Inc.), Chambeo, Inc., and Robert L. Hilsher, alleging several causes of action. We reverse and remand.
