Appellant is the father and Appellee the mother of a minor child. Appellant filed a petition for injunction for protection *794against domestic violence on behalf of the child against Appellee as respondent. See § 741.30, Fla. Stat. A temporary injunction was entered but then dismissed, and entry of a permanent injunction was denied, based on the court's finding insufficient evidence to support entry of a permanent injunction. Following the dismissal, the trial court awarded Appellee $500.00 attorney's fees based her amended motion for fees brought pursuant to section 57.105, Florida Statutes.…
