Wife appeals from a decree of dissolution challenging here the distribution of property and the failure to award her attorney’s fees.

The parties began dating in 1975. In 1978 husband divorced his wife of twenty-six years and the parties were married in 1979. At the time of the marriage wife had virtually no assets. Husband was the sole shareholder of the Jefferson County Ready Mix Company and had over $140,000 in cash.
