MEMORANDUM

RALPH H. KELLEY, Chief Judge.

The trustee in bankruptcy in the case of Melissa Turner' seeks to avoid the lien of Traders National Bank (Traders) on real property owned by Mrs. Turner. The facts are as follows.

Mrs. Turner and her husband, Charles N. Turner, were the joint owners of a house and land located in Winchester, Tennessee. Mr. Turner was president of First Bank & Trust Company of Tracy City, Tennessee. In the spring of 1981, Mr. Turner deeded his interest in the property to Mrs. Turner.
