BAILEY, J.

A rehearing was granted in this matter, based upon petitions of both the appellant and the respondent. The statement in the former opinion contains all the facts in the case, and only brief reference to them will here be necessary.

The appellant contends that all the debts of the decedent, the ordinary expenses of administration, the allowance given the widow during the first 12 months of administration, and the costs, ineluding attorneys’ fees, in (1) the widow’s contest of the will and (2) her suit…
