Plaintiffs Maggio-Onorato and Associates, Inc., Maggio-Onorato and Associates of Texas, Inc., Andrew A. Maggio, Sr., and Richard A. Onorato (“MOA”) initiated this lawsuit against defendants AEGON, N.V., AEGON USA, Inc., and Bankers United Life (“AEGON”) in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. 1 MOA asserts causes of action for breach of contract, negligent misrepresentation, and concealment / nondisclosure, arising out of an agreement with AEGON concerning the marketing and development of an employee benefit plan designed by MOA.
