The defendants have appealed from a final summary judgment entered against them by the Circuit Court for Volusia County in a contract action.

The summary judgment was based upon the complaint, the answer, the request for admissions and the answers thereto, and certain depositions. The court refused to permit the defendants to put in evidence matters concerning the interpretation of the plans and specifications which were a part of the contract sued upon, for the stated reason that such evidence was not admissible under the defendants’ “plea of the general…
