Action to recover for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff in a collision, in Concord, on December 27, 1963, between his automobile and that of the defendant. Trial by jury resulted in a verdict for the defendant. Plaintiff’s exceptions, among others, to certain instructions to the jury by the Trial Court ( Dunjey, J.) were reserved and transferred.
