Bural Special School District No. 26 of Lonoke County, Arkansas, was created by a special act of the Legislature, same being act No. 291 of the Acts of 1925, page 876, approved March 27, 1925.

On November 2, 1925, appellant, J. I. Park and 123 other electors within the boundaries of said district, filed in the Lonoke Circuit Court their petition for a writ of certiorari to the county board of education of Lonoke County, Arkansas, in which they alleged that the petitioners had, after giving the notice required by law, petitioned the county board of education to dissolve said appellee district,…
