¶ 1. The motion for rehearing is denied. We withdraw our original opinion and substitute this modified opinion.

¶ 2. Samuel and Carolyn Williams (the Williamses) appeal from the Madison County Chancery Court’s judgment granting a motion to enforce the settlement agreement that resolved the Williamses’ claims against Horneeomings Financial Network, Inc.
