MEMORANDUM DECISION and ORDER
SCANLON, United States Magistrate Judge.
Plaintiffs filed this suit to recover for personal injuries sustained in a 1987 work-relat*683ed accident by Barry Gavette.1 Jurisdiction in this matter is based upon diversity of citizenship. 28 U.S.C. § 1332(a). The parties have consented to have the undersigned conduct any and all further proceedings in this case, including the entry of final judgment, in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 636(c).
