Presently before me is a motion by the Indirect Purchaser Plaintiffs (“plaintiffs”) for leave to file a second amended class action complaint in this multi-district litigation. Most of the proposed amendments are unopposed, but for one that would add *127an additional defendant, a minority shareholder of a present defendant.
