In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, inter alia, to compel the appellants to restore petitioner to parole status, the appeal, as limited by the appellants brief, is from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated August 30, 1978, as determined the maximum expiration date of petitioner’s subsequent concurrent sentence to be in 1984.
