The Public Service Commission of West Virginia made an order on April 22, 1914, setting forth the finding of unjust, unreasonable, and excessive rates charged consumers of natural gas in the state of West Virginia by Manufacturers’ Gas Company, Tri-S'tate Gas Company, Wheeling Natural Gas Company, Ohio Valley Gas Company, Blacksville Oil & Gas Company, Cameron Gas & Oil Company, Wetzel Gas Company, and New Cumberland Wafer & Gas Company, and declaring and prescribing as reasonable and just rates ranging from 11 to 25 cents per thousand cubic feet, according to the class…
