*1031I do not agree with the majority opinion herein and feel that it does a grave injustice to a mother who has now been permanently deprived of her children, and, in fact, even deprived of the right to any knowledge or information concerning the whereabouts or welfare of such children, for the sole and only reason that such mother was so unfortunate as to suffer a serious illness.
