ORDER RE PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

This matter came before the Court on February 22, 2002 on Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment. Plaintiff Zio Johnos, Inc. was represented by attorney Renee Hanrahan. Debtor/Defendant Ramon K. Ziadeh was represented by attorney Michael MoUman. After hearing arguments of counsel, the Court took the matter under advisement.
